My name is Madeline Vanderbur and I am a Graphic Designer and Artist from Papillion, NE. I will graduate from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln School of Art, Art History & Design in May of 2025 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. As a University Board of Regents scholarship recipient, I have expanded my interests in the field of design and worked on multiple complex and far-reaching collaborative projects, including large-scale murals, for Premier Chevrolet in Beatrice, NE, and UNL Husker Football 2025 recruitment signing day. This spring I was awarded the 2025 Hixson-Leid College of Fine and Performing Arts Francis William Vreeland Award in Art. I also received the Myers B. and Martha H. Cather Excellence in Design Award for my senior capstone installation. I am excited to explore the vast number of opportunities the field of graphic design offers beyond spring graduation. I enjoy design work as well as a variety of hands on projects, and am always trying to find new creative solutions.
